Sexy boots
Very sexy boots! I wore them for my birthday and received lots of compliments. Having wide feet and wide calves makes buying boots difficult....add think thighs to that and there are no boots. Until now!

Love these!
Love these! Although they didn’t look slouchy on the pic they do slouch but I actually like the slouch. It makes them look more expensive and stylish. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I have extra wide feet with no arch and was afraid at first to order but they fit perfect. The only thing I hate is the black was out of stock.

Barely Made the Fit
I’m 5’3”, wear a size 8 shoe. My calves are 18”, the area where the boots hit my thigh is around 22”, and the widest part of my thigh is 26”. I honestly feel like I barely made the fit for these boots.
I do love them—the height is exactly what I wanted, and the slight bunching is actually really cute. That said, they are pretty restrictive. They won’t come up any higher on me, and I don’t think they’d work for many people who are larger than my measurements.
Based on other reviews, I fully expected to have to cut out the elastic and ties and replace them myself. Not everyone knows how (or wants) to do that. Thankfully, I didn’t end up needing to—but even the idea of having to alter boots at this price point, especially ones marketed toward plus-size girls, is kind of wild.
They work for me, and I’ll wear them, but I’m disappointed they don’t work for everyone who should be able to enjoy them. I’d also love the option to pull them higher for more or less bunching, but they simply won’t go up any further. Torrid, do better.

Glad I Bought Them!
I usually get a 9.5 (fits perfect not room) or a 10 (fits good but little loose. I’m 5’3 and right now my calves are 19.8 ish so I usually get extra-wide calf for Torrid boots. I bought these in a 10 because they aren’t extra-wide. The calf fits like a glove but only goes up my knees. That’s okay because it makes them slouch around the lower calf and they look on trend and more expensive. The actual shoe portion is not as wide as Torrid shoes usually are. Barefoot they’re good. Today I wore with socks and they were really tight at first but they loosened up enough to not hurt after about an hour. I’ve had them on for about 3 hrs now and they fit like a glove.
I bought both colors. I really wish Torrid would do some genuine leather though.

Are they suppose to bunch
Are they supposed to be bungee? I zipped it up if it’s fine it does. It’s over my knee. I’m only 5’2 though I do have thick thighs. I just need to know are they supposed to be bunched up? Are they supposed to be straight going over the thigh? Please thumbs up the comment if they are supposed to be bunch. Please thumbs down if it’s not. I appreciate everybody’s feedback. I need to know if I need to return these or if this is the look they’re supposed to have. I’m so confused when I looked at the actual photo on the website. No one is wearing them. They just are displayed as a straight boot. It doesn’t look bunched.

They fit fine. I have average size calves and thighs, so I don't need wide. It is kind of crazy how these are designed with the zipper running only to the knee. It was kind of a pain putting them on and then zipping them to the knee. I probably won't wear them much due to that design. I do really wish that you would bring back half sizes , though , because there's a big difference going from a 10 to 11 instead of 10.5 to 11.

Didn't fit my thick legs.
I love torrid boots and I was really disappointed that there was no selection this year. As soon as I saw this pair I had to get them. Based on the description I was skeptical if they'd actually fit though.
In person they are absolutely beautiful boots! But sadly they are not thick girl friendly. For reference I'm about 250 5'6" and usually wear a size 1 or 2 in torrid depending on the cut. I usually wear and 8-8.5 in regular shoes. Torrid boots I always do an 8. The foot part fits perfectly. I do not have a wide foot but I have always had a large calf. The thickest part of my calf was too big to get the side zipper up. But not only that the top of the shaft was so tight on the leg I almost couldn't get it off lol. If these came in the extra wide calf torrid usually does I think they'd be perfect. If you have thinner legs these should work and they are beautiful. I'm so sad they didn't fit me.

Love these!
