Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Over the Knee Socks I love these OTK socks! I bought both the black and white pairs while on clearance. The socks are so soft and comfortable and made of good material. Online says these socks are over the knee, but the actual packaging says knee high so depending on your height these socks might be either or for you. For me, these reach just OTK since I'm short (5'2"). I would highly recommend buying these especially since they're on clearance right now.
