I'm comfortable wearing with jeans, shorts, or with tights and skirt. The laces are rather long though, so I've had to tuck them into the shoes so I'm not walking in them. It doesn't bother me, but it might bother others.

I haven’t worn them out anywhere yet, but I intend to wear them this weekend while meeting up with a friend to go to a festival.
