Sorry Torrid I am usually a big fan of your shoes cuz the extra wide width is so much more comfortable than the medium width most shoes are today! These ones are a return😭😭

This boot is more uncomfortable than any pair of heels or boots that I own. This manmade material is hard and inflexible. If the make of the shoe must be tough, please consider a higher quality of inner padding. 12 Hours in this boot was torture.
