They work fantastically for bladder issues and are very comfortable, wash and dry nicely. Please bring all the leakproof back in all the sizes!!!

I’ve bought the regular (no lace) leakproof mid rise briefs in the past and they are huge on me so I got the same size but this specific one (lace trim) runs SMALL! Size up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yes, they are leakproof. I bought these to try since they had a sale and I needed leak proof panties. They are AWESOME. The only issue is that they are pretty "thick". I usually wear microfiber but with my new health issues, I needed leak proof undies. Leak proof and microfiber don't usually combine. So, cotton and lace it is. I love these and wear them every day.

They fit very well and comfortably. And protect my clothes way better than regular underwear. Naturally I still use a pad or liner with them but I found way better protection with these underwear.
