Gamechanger.
Tampons have always been painful for me. On my heaviest days, I have always had to double up with a pad and tampon, and sometimes even that wasn't enough. This underwear has changed that. While I still double up at work just in case, at home I have only gone with these and a pad and it has been phenomenal. I have leaked off the pad, but nothing has leaked through the underwear. I was able to sleep in bed with just a pad on a heavy night for the first time in... ever. That's HUGE.
Yes, the protected areas can feel a little awkward and bulky in places (mostly noticeable in the lower butt area), but that's to be expected. They fit to size and are comfortable enough. Honestly, if they were even half this comfortable and still did this great a job at stopping leaks, I'd still be thrilled. I'll change my review should things change, and we'll see how these hold up after many washes -- but in the meantime, I love them.

Extremely well designed
These fit me a lot better than the period underwear I tried from a other brands. And I love how there's more protection in the areas it's most needed, but no area left unprotected, so it's protective enough to wear while being active with a moderate flow without feeling too bulky.

Finally period underwear that fit me and work well! I have a heavy flow and these are so amazing. Please keep restocking bigger sizes as I need to buy more! These would be great after having a baby as well!

Sneeze Relief Underwear!
I love these panties for my menopausal/post menopausal leaking issues. I have some very high pressure sneezes and they can cause leakage for me. They work perfectly for my 57 year old body. I have one request, would you please make in lighter/neutral colors so I can wear with my summer white/beige capris and pants? I hate having to wear regular underwear with a pad on the days I want to wear my lighter colored clothes. Sizing seems accurate, I will say I have some in my regular size 3 but I prefer to size up in these as I like them a little looser.
