Vacation saver!
I have these in black and the one time I wore them they were so comfortable. I have occasional bladder issues (weak floor) and one of the last times on vacation I was choking on a walnut and kept choking on the hour ride back my my mil’s… I was so humiliated even though it was just my bias and, mil, and nil. I’m NOT letting that happen again! I’m ordering 3 more pair So when we make long trips while in vacation, I won’t have that problem again! Comfortable, snug, and I feel like they pull my tummy in! But if you have bladder issues, or if you still get your monthly!

Let me begin by saying I'm a 3 in size and i wear these to sleep. I usually do 2 overnight pads together for coverage and have to change them 3+ times during the night on heavy days so about 10 pads for 9hrs or so. These are NOT rated for heavy periods but they hold up about the same as regular pads for me (3 per night). If I'm washing up regardless, I'd rather change my panties instead of pads and save money long term. I recommend getting a bunch so you can keep the rotation going strong without wearing them out... just like bras ;-)
I was skeptical at first, but I caught them in sale and it's been a year now and idk what I'd do without them. But remember that they can only hold as much as a mid teir pad (regular). Because they fit like undies, I don't have to worry about the blood trying to roll up my back like with pads and it typically pools in the gusset. I don't think I've had it escape the gusset yet and I sleep wild. I don't recommend wearing a pad with it because it won't be able to catch blood if the area that would catch it is covered... (saw that in another review).
So buy them, just don't expect them to magically hold up against a river... treat them how you'd treat a regular level 3 pad..
