This dress fit perfect but it does run small. Im a size 3 and I got the 3/4. Pretty good quality for a halloween costume and great skirt length. Modest enough to feel comfortable in but still very cute!

The people who have said that the material is cheap & say that it's scratchy much have really sensetive skin because when I tried it on, everything was great, material, see-through sleeves, etc.. love everything about this outfit.

It's appropriate enough for our school halloween carnival and cute enough for a more grownup party.
