I'm usually an XL with 42D bra size, and I don't feel this is too tight across the chest or the arms. I also have a belly, and this top hides it well.

I wore with Capri leggings and was super comfortable. I bought a size larger because I've had issues with these running small. I have a larger chest so fabrics that don't stretch I'm cautious of. However, I could have stuck with my normal size and been fine.
