Soft, supportive without being stiff, and the straps don't slide down on my sloping shoulders. Runs a bit small...usually a size 5 but got this in size 6.

Not super supportive, but I am not running a marathon, nor needing the "girls" to be at attention for fashion, either, so I am very pleased with my purchase.
