The fabric is more like a windbreaker than what you would expect in a traditional trench coat. Also it does nor have a belt, but has a drawstring to fit the waist. I like this because you don't have to worry about losing a belt. I must also note that as a taller girl the sleeve are long enough. I love the look and weight of this so much!

I received it today and felt the need to write my own review. I sized down a size because I wanted a more tailored look. The sleeve length is perfect for me. And I love the light material. It is thin, but I think that is the point. It elevates an office attire look for without the bulk of a heavy coat. I would love to see this in more colors! Love it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Indoor coat option I was looking for an actual trench coat. This is nice but not practical for the Midwest. Maybe if you're spicying up your relationship and have very little under it. I like the cinch possibilities but if you are looking to use this outdoors spen the money on a real coat. I'm still going to use it as it's light enough I could wear indoors and cover my arms in a sleeveless dress.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointing I was excited to see a trench from Torrid but I returned it. The lack of belt was missed more than I expected and the way it fit was super weird. Even though there was plenty of room around the middle without using the tie in the back, as soon as you tied it there was a weird pull that made it look both too small and too big at the same time.
