I have been really getting disappointed with the quality of what Torrid has been producing and was incredibly disappointed that this item was shipped to me with an alarm still on it. I ordered this for an event to wear this weekend and upon arrival I noticed an alarm still attached to the jacket and I don’t have the time to get to a Torrid store before the event so now I will likely either return the item or have to wait until I have a chance to get to a store. Torrid, seriously, do better. The quality of the clothing has gone down and even how items are shipped seems to be done without care.
