Challis fabric always wins, and the green plaid is a great neutral. The cut is a bit boxy, so I recommend either tucking in or wearing it open.

Thin & cute, a bit darker than the photo. More black and a darker green than shown but fits true to size and sleeves are actually long enough which is unusual for me with torrid shirts lol

The Lizzie style has the best fit of all the button-up shirts I've ever tried with Torrid. It's soft and lightweight, but thick enough to wear to the office without an undershirt. I just wish they had more solid colours in this shirt so I could stock up!

i really liked the layered tomboy look in the photo and thought I would try to copy it. So, I bought the green and black plaid shirt. But I realized after I received it that the unbuttoned layered look just didn't work on me. So, I buttoned it up and, boy, I really liked that look so much better. This shirt is plenty roomy without being overly large and the material is soft and comfortable and warm. I think this shirt is going to become a staple in my wardrobe.
