Rated 5 out of 5 by from Velvet Shacket I am 5'3" 150 lbs 40A bought 00 in Winetasting. I sized down. Lots of room for me-- if you have a large chest, you don't need to size down. I am petite proportions, so it is long on me, which I expected. Shirt-tail hem and pleat on the back works for women of different heights. It has weight and stretch. Not as soft as cotton velvet but drapes and moves well. Catches the light well for such a deep color. I'm layering it, more like a shacket, with the Lizzie crop button up. I live in the frozen north where women get tired of wearing puffy vests or fleece jackets indoors. This is a welcome change to layer velvet instead of fleece!

And feel like it has some room in the body, but perfect length for my arms. I'm 5'7 and 175. I read some reviews and they mentioned it's a delicate shirt so I'll be washing in a sweater bag and air drying.

Seen it in the store bought it on Black Friday for a wonderful price. I bought my normal size and it is a stunning blouse. There is no stretch but it is still comfortable. This is a very soft velor blouse with a buttons and is more of a tunic length. I am 5'6 pear-shaped 14 16 top 16 bottoms. If you're looking for a casual stretchy frumpy blouse, this is not it.
