Cute crop sweatshirt. I tried on in store. I’m 5’3” 230lbs and ddd chest. It hit just at the waist and looked nice with torrid leggings. The issue was I normally wear a 2 in top and dresses and this was TOO SMALL. I would have tried a 3 but went with something else. I am a smaller size two but occasionally dresses with pintucking lately have been small in the chest. Over wise they are often just a smidge larger on me than Id like. Weird to have a sweatshirt run this small.

Cute and Comfy Sweatshirt
I really love this sweatshirt... I’m a total sucker for dusty pinks and stripes. It pairs perfectly with high‑waisted wide‑leg jeans or cozy fleece pants. The material is lightweight which makes it great if you tend to run warm or live in a milder climate.
For sizing, I read the reviews saying it runs small so I ordered one size up and got a 4 instead of my usual 3. The 4 fits perfectly. If you’ve liked the Cropped Crew Sweatshirts Torrid has offered this past season, you’ll probably like this one too, just size up. I think the size 3 in the Cropped Crew Sweatshirt fits almost exactly like the size 4 in this Lovesick version.

Such an underrated shirt
This top deserves way more love — especially at the sale price.
Lovesick pieces do run smaller and seem geared to younger audience imo, but that doesn’t stop my 43-year-old self. I’m 5'10" and usually a size 3 in Torrid tops. This is a cropped sweatshirt, and I love it for layering over dresses and pairing with skirts in winter. It is more fitted and the sleeves are a bit shorter than I prefer, but it still looks great.
If you want a fitted look, stick with your usual size. For a looser fit, size up. The color is pretty, the quality is solid, and the sweatshirt material feels really nice.
Definitely worth grabbing!

I read the reviews and decided to size up. It fits pretty well except for the arm area. I love the colors to this shirt. It’s not a thick sweatshirt, so I would wear this in Spring or early Fall. Depending on how you like your sweatshirts to fit would determine sizing up. If you like a fitted look then I’d say to purchase your normal size. If you like a little room I’d say to size up.

I'm a size 00 but in order to get this to fit i had to buy a size 2 and its not that loose either. Lovesick tends to be cut smaller than other items. I have the bubble shirt and rugby shirts and they all run small.

I would not recommend this item. The sizing runs. It may not be suitable for those with a fuller chest as it barely covers. The arms are also tight. I ordered my normal size 2.

Very disappointed. I bought this and it was on clearence so no returns, but I bought a 6x so it would be really big on me. It fits like at 3x and that doesnt happen at Torrid, so not sure what happened.

I do not like the inside fabric feel and even sizing up it still was super tight and uncomfortable. I wish it was softer and larger.
