the amount of times these cute little shorts have made it in and out of my cart!! they are finally mine. they are so so cute and the material is comfy. the frilly detail on the leg opening is so fun and i love the subtle blue and white stripes. almost wish they were a little thicker, but they are not too thin. would grab them in other patterns if ever offered! great length. there is both elastic and the drawstring tie for the waist.
