Very cute! The blue and pink look so good together. The top is split in the front with a tie above it but the tie is just for looks - the top is not adjustable but still very cute!

I didn’t realize this shirt had a slit down the center of it but I tried it with a skirt that I could wear a bit higher on the waist and it looked super cute. I thought I could even pop a tank under it if I wanted and that looked cute as well.
