Lovely boots
First time buying shoes from Torrid and I love these! I normally wear a 9-10. 9 in crocs and 10 with tennis shoes. I got these in a 10 and they fit perfectly for me. I have enough room to wear thick socks with them.

Such A Stunning Boot
I purchased this Chelsea boot in a size 11 two weeks ago. I wore it for the first time at our annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony. I was standing in line for three plus hours while the kids went sledding, ice skating, riding the train and buying kettle popcorn. They have a soft cushion insole, which makes them very comfortable, the black leather is stunning, and I received compliments from four different people. If you are like me and no longer can wear heals, these are the boots for you.

I normally wear a 7.5W-8W in Torrid shoes depending on the style. I ordered a size 9 based off the reviews and the boots did not fit. They were too big, I could slide my foot out easily. I wear an 8W in other brand shoes that offer Wide Width. Sadly, I will have to return the size 9 and hope that the size 8 will fit. The shaft of the boot fit comfortable and had a little wiggle room when I walked. I was impressed by the comfort of the shaft as many Chelsea boots are very fitted. If you know your true Torrid shoe size, stick to it. I have a wide foot and shop accordingly to reviews. This boot in my opinion will fit true to size if you purchase the right size.

I normally order with torrid size 12 and never have any issues, but these boots were WAY too small. They are stunning boots, however.

I’m a true 11W-11WW and this boot ran so tight in the foot part. Had to return unfortunately. Torrid not carrying shoes in store anymore and not allowing to return in store but only thru the mail with a paid return label from the customer is absolutely a game changer- for the worst.
