It's perfect to workout in as the material is super light and breathable. The back strap detail is super cute and compliments the shirt perfectly. Love the pastel colors of all the superhero symbols. Definitely a must-get for any Marvel fan. I should've gotten a 00 but I like the baggier fit of the 0, especially for working out (I'm 5'3", 170lbs for reference)
