Perfect for the summer. I paired with an off white shrug and the off white crochet thong sandals. Very flattering on. It glides with you as you move. I received many compliments as well. But I do tend to receive compliments when I wear Torrid.

Because the gather under the bust is elasticized the 0 did fit and that likely helped with the length. I am 5'3" and it does not touch the floor. I like that it has pockets.

It is heavy enough fabric that it won't blow up in a breeze and it feels comforting, but still light enough for summer. I bought the denim jacket to go over it but I dont like that combo on me...emphasized belly too much. Better just flowy, maybe a cardigan on cool days. Great color. I fit a 3 in all of the aclaes, but i prefer loose fits so I bought it in a 4. 3 would have been OK but this seems summery-er. :)
