The shoulders can be worn normal or pulled down for an off the shoulder look. I feel incredible in this dress! I originally ordered the blue in my normal size of 4. I bought the pink and black floral in a size 3. I would definitely recommend sizing down as this dress has a lot of stretch. It’s heavy enough to drape and flow but not too heavy that you’ll be a sweaty Betty in the summer. I need this dress in a million more colors!!
