Rated 5 out of 5 by from the perfect maxi skirt I bought this is black and it’s really flowy and cute. I sized down to a 1 and it’s still long and flowy enough. The waist is not very stretchy so I wouldn’t size down unless you are in between sizes and want a smaller fit or have an hourglass waist.
