Rated 2 out of 5 by from Way to big On super sale so I took a chance on size. At 44DD, I usually size up to a 3 so tops close over my chest. The 3 in this shrug is HUGE, especially the sleeves. My arms are not big, and the top portion of the sleeve is so baggy it looks frumpy. Wanted this to wear over black tank maxi/mini dresses but will probably donate.
