Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE THIS SKIRT I am both goth but whimsical. This skirt spoke to my soul from across the mall. I am 5’10, with a 39” waist and 50” hip, and the size 16 fit like a glove. I feel so cute and confident in this skirt with some knee high boots. The cut of it is actual perfection to hide the tummy but emphasize the waist. Torrid did it right with this one!!

Not a skater or flair, but not a pencil either - nice and trim! The little slits and bows are cute, and I don't notice them when I wear it, which is great. Pockets are a decent size, I find it is exactly true to size (could not have sized down). A favorite!
