I do put a belt on with it to give it a more fitted look. It is true to size. I bought the 00 the 1st time and the 0 the other 2 times. For reference I am 5'7" and 175 lbs. They both fit fine. I get a lot of compliments. Buy it if you get the chance. I think you will be pleasantly surprised!
