The length is perfect and hits just about knee length. I really like that this will work in various seasons by layering or pairing with a denim jacket or sweater in cooler weather.

The dress stops not too far above my knee so paired black tight shorts to go underneath the dress. I personally refuse to wear a dress where the shirt rest above the knees without shorts but that's just me. The material is light weight so it's perfect for warm spring and summer days. This can be worn with candles and or boots. I opted to pair this dress with boots. I appreciate that there's a second lining to this dress and I love that pmthis dress has pockets. Just keep in mind that this material make snag easily on a hang nail and or jewelry so be careful.

It's a lovely little dress with only one complaint - the lining. It's a thick, silky polyester that will make this too heavy for hotter weather. But for fall it's perfect. LOVE THE POCKETS!

My two qualms are these: the cheap gauze waistline is lazily executed and not cute, and oh yeah, my tag was sewn onto the front (as evidenced by the higher side not having a tag and the orientation of the pockets). Torrid’s quality control is non-existent these days. Despite the obvious issue, getting it fixed was such an ordeal that I returned my entire order.
