Great punk style
I loooove this hoodie dress. The hoodie part itself has a bit of a cowl neck if it is down. Really good quality fabric - it feels a little thicker than the regular torrid hoodies, but not as stretchy. The embellishments are solidly in place, though I will definitely hang it to dry just in case! Also true to size - I am a 00/10/38C and the 00 size fit perfect.

I saw this and had to have it! Snatched it up during the 50% off sale. It’s warm, soft & cozy. Fits true to size as expected, the only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than five is because it doesn’t have pockets. Have no clue why Torrid didn’t stick to the design of the front pocket on this dress as we’ve come to expect on this style, even side pockets would’ve been great. Anywho, outside of that one detail the item is great, it has a bit of a distressed acid wash effect to it as well so it’s not just basic black.

Good & comfy... BUT...
Very comfortable overall, however, in order to wear this I'm going to NEED to alter the hood. Seriously, who is letting the designer of some of Torrid's clothes get away with making such tiny hoods & then (in this instance) also raising the neckline 4 inches ABOVE the shoulders. Labeled as a "Mini hood" or not, the opening is just so small & awkward I legitimately don't think I can wear this for extended periods (like I want to) until I get that taken care of somehow. Also wish it was a little shorter, that's just my personal preference though.
