Definitely a mini (about 6 inches above the knee) but fully lined and the chiffon layer is tacked to the liner so I don’t worry about a breeze causing any embarrassment and there is enough material to sit comfortably. Neck is low cut but it works with a plunge bra. If you have cleavage it will show (not a problem for my B cups). Ruffles on the shoulders are super cute. So cute, cool and comfortable!
