It's like part of the weave of the dress. Hits her at the knee and she's 5'4 240 lbs. Got her a size 2 she pairs it with a cardigan ,tights and flats and looks adorable and stylish.

Fits great, and for a sequinned dress, it's incredibly light to wear. I also love the versatility; it can be dressed up for more formal occasions, or paired with just a few casual accessories for a night out. I love it!
