I would suggest wearing bike shorts underneath because the back of the skirt can be slightly hiked up and if you're in some windy weather, be prepared for some flare action.

This has a lovely weight so the skirt moves around you (in a good way) meaning there is a swing to the cut and the fabric is soft and flexible (not stiff like some lace can be). Feels great quality, not too thin, not too heavy. Ordered my usual size 3 bottom size and it fits great.
