Not too low cut and the off the shoulder is very flattering. It looks great with tights and boots or as the weather gets a little warmer wedges or sandals.

I have been watching this dress for awhile, I finally caught it on sale. YEAH ! I am going to use a Torrid Fancy belt with it . Fabric is just right not thick at all. Not to short either. Order my regular size 2 X and the fit was great on my large hips.
