The beads on the earrings I received are black with a blue stone in the middle. So, I would say if you want these because of the blue stones, you're taking a gamble. I read the reviews first and saw people weren't getting the item as described, and that was fine with me. The beads are glass, not plastic which means more to me than their color. They are weighty, but not too heavy, and I love cresent moons, so it was a no brainer for me. Overall I am really happy with these. However, I did take one star off simply because I believe people should receive the product as advertised, or be warned that it could vary.
