Amazing Fit!
This is probably my most favorite dress that I have bought from Torrid to date. 5'4", 38C and my usual is 00. This dress fits me like a dream. Length came to the top of my feet. It is a little lower cut than appears in the picture, but that wasn't a deal breaker for me. I paired it with the bell sleeve crop sweater and I love it that way as well.

Just got this dress in the mail today and love it! I have a smaller chest but am a little wide in the middle and don't like things to be too clingy. This fit my bust great and the skirt was really full so I don't have to worry about my tummy.
The only part that was meh was the gather right under the bust was a little snug but it's still cute!

Gorgeous DRESS!
I tried on this dress twice and I had to get it! I tried the 2x, and it was a little big on me since I lost some weight. So I got an 18, and it fits me perfectly. I even got the top to put on underneath it, and it looks so good! I'm so happy I got it today!

I just tried this on in the store, and now I'm regretting I didn't buy it while I was there. It's so much prettier in person! The fabric is really soft and comfy, so I could easily see myself lounging in it. The skirt of it is more generous than it appears, so I think it would be flattering on any body type. Sometimes the Nightfall stuff runs a little big, but I found this to be true-to-size. And at 5'4", it came right to the top of my foot, so the length is perfect, too. And it has pockets! Glad they're finally putting pockets in more of the nightfall dresses! The only possible drawback some people might have is that both the front and back V are very low-cut. I was wearing an XO plunge push up bra with it, and the X's in the front were entirely visible. Part of the back of my bra was also visible. I plan to wear a mesh top underneath, and I like things low-cut, so it doesn't bother me. But, if you don't want to show cleavage, you'll need to put a stitch or two in it.

Sexy side slit.
Gorgeous dress! Lightweight for summer, very comfy.
The slit was indecently high. Any gentle breeze from walking was a flashing risk. I had to stitch a few inches closed.
The waist buckle/belt is attached, but adjustable. The waist seam runs a bit small though.
The bodice length is too short for us taller gals. The back waistline feels like it’s riding halfway up my back. I’m constantly tugging at it. I may try to have the straps lengthened because they aren’t adjustable.

I bought this as soon as it dropped, and it just arrived today.
It’s much more low cut than the photos- my guess is that they’ve got the dress pinned. The slit isn’t bad, about knee length on me, and the dress is full length but won’t need to be hemmed.
There’s no stretch, not even at the seams. Also, the fabric doesn’t feel like the usual challis. It’s cold to the touch, which will be nice for summer (?). And it appears to be wrinkle proof (no wrinkles out of the packaging).

Cute but....
I should have read the reviews first prior to purchasing. Dress is cute, I'm 5"7 and slit is fine, dress length is fine.. only thing I will have to fix is the top. Like many stated it exposes your bra too much. I plan on making a small stich so It doesn't happen again. But beware of that issue. I ordered my normal size 1 also and do not have this issue with other dresses from this collection..

Almost perfect
I usually buy size 1, I like my tops to be a leetle loose. I’m a 38/40DD and around 5’6”. The length of this dress was perfect, the slit was perfect. The top part…not so much. It gapped really badly and I had some issues zipping it up. I tried this dress on with a bralette so I can imagine it would’ve been a little tighter with a regular bra [and braless would just make me completely fall out]
This is the first dress maxi dress I’ve purchased from torrid, and I was a little worried about the length, but like I mentioned above it was perfect. Pretty bummed because I wanted a cute but spooky maxi dress for the summer.

Do not buy
I'm 5'1 200 46f. Everything is exposed. It's too long. The slit is too high. I can even post what it looks like on me due to how exposed I am. So disappointing.
