It has a bit of a stretch to it and it’s a poplin type of fabric. The fabric is cool to the touch, doesn’t make you hot in it. I wear it without a long sleeve shirt underneath like you see in the picture. I prefer it without a shirt underneath because then you can really see the cute ruffles on the straps. I do iron it because it’s like a poplin fabric is does crease in the closet. I highly recommend!
