Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing dress! This is one of my go to dresses, every time I look in my closet I reach for this one. I hope Nightfall releases more like this in different prints. I have this one and the one with the purple roses. The fit is very flattering and I always get so many compliments on it.

Thank you for giving us more Nightfall dresses that don't have to have our chests exposed- covering this area (or at least making it a CHOICE) makes the dresses able to be worn in so many more spaces/ circumstances and the lacing of the corset-style bodice still evokes the Gothic impulse for medieval/Ren. styling. The shoulder straps were not overly long for this small-chested person in my regular size and the dress pairs very nicely with a Nightfall long-sleeved fishnet shirt underneath (I did the new purple color in a size smaller which is an EXACT match to the purple in the print) and the Retro Chic black ruffle crinoline. The Archaeological Floral is a great pattern with snake and frog skeletons hidden among the flowers. The dress is forgiving if you have hip and tummy issues like I do. The fabric is a little on the light side- smooth and comfortable...not sure how it will fare being washed as it might wrinkle which would be a bummer but can be lived with. The dress is not too short for me at 5'5", and adding the extra crinoline gives it a little more fluff in the skirt that I liked. I'd be up for getting this dress in another print-- bring back that Gothic pointed arch stained glass window print that was in bodycon dress-- I'd love to see more in that subtle black-on-black print or a red or rich purple and black brocade. (Personally, I'm not into the moth thing and would never wear anything with birds, but that's just my own issue with some of the Nightfall prints)

I wore it to a musical play and received compliments on the dress. I love the weight of it, and the pattern. The corset detail is awesome!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For the Modern Victorian A piece with a beautiful modern Victorian vibe, the print of this dress is lovely. The severe hand-drawn look of the print is such a mood! As an elder goth ready to celebrate a funeral every day, I love the cemetery feel. As a protip, use the black crinoline from the Retro Chic line to enhance the skirt, and pair it with a belt. You're welcome. This dress is light and breezy and was perfect for the summer. The only problem I had was with the straps. They kept sliding. But I say this with the fact that most straps do that for me, no matter how much I adjust them, as I have no bust.

And I'm glad I did! It's beautiful!!! Fits amazing (stretchyyy) I'd say mostly true to size and found the length decent considering my height, long torso, and long longs. It actually, shockingly, compliments my body shape. I can't believe how good I feel in this dress. I couldn't wait to wear it. About to snag up the other pattern. So glad I was able to get this one. I eyed it for months before it was back in my size! Bought a size 1. Usual sizes in tops 0-2 depending Jeans size 12-14T 5'10" 212lbs 40b 36in waist 47in hips Hope it helps and wish I had a better pic! Doesn't do it justice at all! It's gorgeous

This dress IS versatile, like others have said . I first wore it with tights , boots and a cardigan in early April . Now that it’s warming up, it is the perfect dress for hotter temps . The cut is flattering, fabric light and breathable and I LOVE the print . This will be a favorite this summer and can change back again for cooler months .

It's perfect. For reference- bought a size 2 . I am 5'10" with a c cup and carry most of my weight in hips and this dress is extremely flattering. Love this fabric!
