How To Wear It

So uncomfortable to wear
It’s so scratchy. I only had it on for a few minutes before they started to bother my skin. Also kind of funny that this sold at hot topic as well and now it’s here.

Nope
Hate it. It's a scratchy fabric and ill-fitting. Very unflattering. You can barely see the destroyed part. Pass on this one.

Itchy fabric
The pictures don’t convey the fabric very well because it’s shiny, itchy fabric. The sleeves are kind of weird and super itchy/harshly cut. My sweater I ordered also came already with a loose thread on the sleeve, which is where it’s not supposed to be “destructed,” and makes me think this may fall apart easily.

Don't do it.
There's a reason this sweater was marked down to 11 dollars during their Spring sale. It's absolutely costume quality. Too short, falls in a very strange way and has this bizarre, plasticky tweed-like fabric. Was expecting a comfy, slinky sweater with goth vibes, this is not it. Very disappointing that Torrid would market something like this. Just because it's a piece of alternative clothing doesn't mean the women spending their hard-earned money buying it don't want an actual piece if quality clothing. The designer threw this together, had it made, saw the end result and sold it anyway, not caring about the quality because it's supposed to be a "goth" sweater. Insulting. Do better, Torrid.

Texture gives ick
The fabric feels like plastic. I hate the texture of it and I want to return it but I bought it as a last sale since I thought it would be like the other distressed sweater that was for sale... Yet it was not. This is the one thing I got from Torrid so far that I absolutely cannot and will not wear because of the texture. I buy my clothes oversized because I don't like fabric touching my skin anyway, but even oversized I do not want to be anywhere near this thing.
