perfect for work or going out very versatile I love the fit of this dress, it make s your waist look snatched by also is loose and comfy. This dress is very versatile, you can dress it up or down, make it conservative or edgy. I have worn it to work at my office job with tights and a turtle neck underneath.

I LOVE this dress! It is just the right amount of clingy and flowy that it hugs me and still blurs areas of my body I do not want to be so on display. That was a vague way to say I'm a large belly gal who doesn't always want clothing to hug that part of me.
The material and construction are good quality and comfortable. The straps are adjustable, which is nice. I also LOVE the double slits. It is definitely one of the better purchases I've made from Torrid recently.

Best dress ever!
This is my favorite thing I have ever purchasing from Torrid! I recently wore it to a musical with my husband, and I got so many compliments. Even a random person on the street stopped me to tell me they loved my dress. I've been trying to shake up my look to be more fairy whimsical and this was the perfect item to dress up or down. I'm currently a size zero and that's the size I got. I fits like a glove and I looooove the double split bottom. So glad I was able to snag it before it went out of stock again.

Great for outdoor events!
I thought the dress was really cute. It’s very floaty and a lot of room. The only thing that I had a problem with was the top of the dress keep sliding down to reveal the bra but other than that, the dress is a great pick!

In love with this dress
I am absolutely loving the nightfall collection and have been trying since it's release to get this double slit maxi dress in black but it kept selling out. So when I saw it was available earlier this week, I jumped on it. 2 days later and I just picked it up and tried it on, i feel so sexy in it. I can not wait for my husband to see me in it!!! It seems to run true to size in my opinion. I hope the nightfall collection restocks and grows because this is the style I remember Torrid having back in the early 2000's and since then it has seemed like they haven't always be able to give what a lot of their customers want!

I didn’t think it was going to work for my type of body, but I was flabbergasted when I put it on! I very much liked the material and feel of the dress, it is not lined but has a thick material. I paired this with the Chain Cardigan and loved it. I got the 4X and it fit like a glove. I wore a spandex underwear to hold me in the right places and felt less vulnerable underneath lol.

I love this dress so much! It is beautiful, the fit is awesome, the length is perfect 5'9, it's so gorgeous and flattering. The material is a bit thicker than it appears which is fabulous cuz it doesn't hug my apron belly. I wore it with a longsleeved mesh undertop, the newest fishnet leggings, and my kneehigh lace up combats. Love, love, love!!! Torrid please bring us more!!! I need to get the patterned dress too.

Beautiful! I tried on the size 0 but needed a double 00. The side zip is quite comfortable. I have a 36F chest and could have gone bra less with the correct size. Material is thick enough to feel secure but light enough to flow beautifully. I’m 5’10 and do wish it was 2-3 inches longer but that’s not going to be an issue for most.
