I love the fit of this dress. I bought a 0 which is my usual size and it's great. The fabric is kind of strange but holds structure well. I will get lots of wear out of this. I love a simple dress with slight edge but nothing too obvious or over the top.

Midi length on me at size 6 and 5'--2--1/2" is just about ankle length. Comes over hips, backside in a body skimming fashion. Dress is able to be worn with the sheer tops from Nightfall or as is weather permitting with cardigans from this line. I appreciate the add one do not take from original style but enhance it ! This dress can be casual or dressed up. Be it using the gunmetal items from torrid line or real gold or sterling and more! Versitle .

Sexy yet simple!
I was hesitant at first but decided to order this dress after all, and glad I did! It’s simple yet sexy thanks to the low cut bust line and O-ring in the middle! And it pairs beautifully with the bell sleeve cropped bolero top (also in the nightfall collection). Im usually a 1 in most torrid dresses lately (only if I want more loose flow a 2 sometimes). In this dress I stuck with a 1, my usual size, and it’s a perfect fit.

Weird fit
The fit is super wonky. I'm normally a 0 in dresses but the fit was inconsistent. Due to the type of fabric, it doesn't mold to the body well.

Really not meant for me
I got this as a gift. The fit on this is puzzling. The back is stretchy but the bust on the front panel is cut in such a way that you have to be a member of the itty bitty committee for this to work for you. Take a peep at the princess seams in the pictures provided, if you don't fit that shape, it's going to look super awkward on you. The bust shape will not mold to you.

Loved this dress in the photos but so let down with the quality in person. The photos online make the material look soft and satiny. In person the dress is plasticky. It rustled loudly and looks and feels like wearing a plastic picnic blanket. It was also cut low enough to reveal the cups of my bra, meaning I'd have to forgo a bra wearing it and I have too much up top to be comfortable with that. Just does not feel well made enough for the price

Design executed poorly
I saw this dress and HAD to have it. Once I tried it on I was so disappointed by the fit, the fabric, and the lack of lining. The fabric is stiff and prone to wrinkles. Coming out of the package it was wrinkled and even after hanging it still has them. The dress does not have any lining and the fabric is see through once you put it in the sun. For a $90 dress I would expect it to have lining so that you don't show your lady bits to the world. Overall, this dress is getting returned, the quality is not up to standards. And the topping on the cake, the breast pleats are horrible. I've attached a photo. Even after lifting my breast up there is no way to make this look good

The stress is horrid. The fabric feels like the worst bed sheets imaginable. It makes the same sounds as parachute pants. The cut on the top is very awkward, the size three, which is my typical size, was much too large. Even with large breasts, I couldn't fill it, and there was so much bunched fabric on the side. I went down a size, to a size 2, and that one absolutely squeezed my chest and somehow there were still bunched fabric on the sides. A major letdown.
