Simple but cool LBD
I waited for this dress since the day it dropped! I couldn't spend $75 no way but I got it on sale for $22! I felt like I won the lottery! For winter this long sleeve mock dress is perfect! It is just my vibe. I love the sword and moon details on the arm it hugs my curves and around my booty just right! You can dress it up or down add accessories or leave it alone. Get it !

Like this more than I thought I would. Comes down to my knees and is a nice material. It is a more fitted style than I usually go for so might wear with a smoothing panty but over all very happy

Thick Fabric
I ordered this online, and it was much thicker than I expected it to be. I'm not sure why I thought it would be something like a super soft fabric. It's definitely more like a foxy fabric. With the mock neck and long sleeves and fabric used, it's going to be pretty hot for Spring. A super soft fabric would still work in this same style in Spring, I think. But, I'll probably just save it until Fall. I normally am an 18 and wear a 1 or 2 in tops. This is a size 2. It's very fitted. I do have my other outfit on under this, so it would probably look better without that other layer, but I kind of wish I had bought a 3. Who knows though. Maybe it'll fit a little better in fall. I can always hope. Overall, for the price I paid, it's quality and a total steal.

Not flatter, runs small
I'm normally between a 2 or 3, I got a 2 and it was very tight not a flattering fit at all. I like the art on the sleeves. But the high neck doesn't help it either. Very disappointing

Not for Imperfect Curves
I just got this in the mail and I’m really disappointed. I love the material, but it’s on the small side of a one (I’m mostly a 1) so it doesn’t fit well. If you are large chested with hips and an apron belly, you will not be happy with this - it’s s a clear straight cut. Sizing up might help, but probably not much as a bit roomy under my armpits. I realize that not every plus size person is curvy, but I think generally speaking a slight a line or more fit and flare would’ve made this stress perfect. The material is a cotton stretch and it’s a good quality so what a shame… it’s very hard to find a mock neck dress made from the right material and right cut…this had so much potential… it cuts up my hips and makes me look unflatteringly bigger than what I am. I’m truly sad that this will be going back! I’m disappointed overall with Torrid dresses this year; there should be something for everyone, especially in a basic black dress like that! Lots of the dresses are empire or straight…PLEASE make something between for large chests and curves that don’t make us look bigger.
