Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dress will surprise you! This dress is gorgeous. Stretchy. Sensuous. And flowy through the body, not tight. I took a chance and it's a stunner. I got a size 1. Lots of room in the bust for a 40C. I'm 5'4 and it's not too long. Follows the curves of the body but doesn't hug it tight. The back detail is elegant and appreciated. Also, this dress is really soft. I'm really glad I took a chance on this. I was expecting to donate it because I don't do the bodycon thing, but it's not like that. I can think of so many ways to wear this. In winter with a blazer and combat boots, in summer for an evening on a patio with black sandals. You could even wear it to a wedding with the right jewelry or scarf/wrap. I'm also going to wear it as a night gown and surprise my husband. That's how versatile and comfortable this dress is. If you size up the bust will be a little big but the hips will float. I went with my normal size. It's not tight.

I ordered a 2 because I was afraid it was going to be more skintight but the fabric has a great amount of stretch and even so, it just hangs on my body nicely, not cling to it. The slit isn't crazy high to not be work appropriate but high enough for some sexy leg. Already worn it as a layering piece as a skirt under a light sweater. Love it, the only thing that would make it better would be pockets!

Not happy at all with it and I can't return it. Why does torrid products so cheap nowadays. And the sizing is always so off. I need a better plus size brand.

Moreover, the fabric is very staticky and really needs a lining or slip under because the dress just clings everywhere in an unappealing way. I really wanted to love this dress. I am so disappointed.
