Mostly no show!
I love these little socks to wear with my low canvas shoes; aka: chucks or the slip on canvas torrid shoes. Im sure there are versions of shoes that these would stick out of, but I don't wear them. As for them falling apart and getting holes, I haven't experienced that at all. I've worn and washed them all at least twice and we're still going strong at this point. I love the little rubberized patch at the heel that stops them from slipping down under your heel, its a very useful touch. Way to go torrid!
