They fit PERFECTLY. It's almost crazy how great they fit. I absolutely cannot wait for a chance to wear these out! (for reference, I'm about 5'04" and roughly 180lbs, and the Galaxy jeans I'm wearing in my photos are size 15, from Hot Topic)

Leather nearly all the way around - just a narrow stretch panel in the back, comfy padded soles, and they're super sexy. I agree with the sizing recommendation to go down a while size. I'm normally an 8.5 and I got a 7.5 and they fit perfectly. The calves are a little snug but I know they'll stretch out a tiny bit. If you're worried about calf width at all, order the extended wide calf version.
