Disappointing
I should've read the reviews before purchasing this product. It is confusing to put on, and when I finally figured it out, it was WAY too small to connect around my waist. It will be returned.

Just like everyone else, after trying forever and watching YouTube videos, I finally looked at the pic of the model and realized this thing is made completely wrong. The waste chain is no where near wide enough, the part around the neck is too big, and yes I tried flipping it around every which way. I'm going to try to save it by adding my own plain chain extender but I'm very very disappointed in this product torrid continues to sell.

Horrible!!!
Do not buy this it’s waaay too small and confusing AF. You’ll basically just be giving torrid your money. I threw mine right in the garbage.

This was a hot mess. It arrive slightly tangled, but I managed to get it untangled. The chain looked nothing like the picture, and it was impossible to put on. Then it tangled again, and this time, I couldn't get it untangled. Not worth it at all. Returned it.

Better size guide
Bought this about 1 month ago for my birthday dinner and it doesn't fit. Way too small. Not sure why because the size guide said it would fit me. It fits snug my sister who is 180 lb. Can't return because it's too late but wish I had tried it on before waiting.

As everyone has said, this is impossibly frustrating to figure out, and sized all wrong. I am so disappointed in this product.

Cheap, unusable trash.
What an absolute nightmare! First, as other reviewers have said, it's impossible to decipher how to untangle and put this thing on. I'm pretty sure that's because the chains that attach to the rhinestone bits are sized completely wrong. Even when laid out flat, there is no way to get it to sit like it does in the pictures. The area that goes around the waist runs WAY small. I typically wear a 1 in Torrid's tops, so I ordered the 1/2 size. It doesn't even come close to going around my waist! I would need an extra six inches, at least!
The rhinestone bits are pretty enough that I'm willing to buy a roll of chain and fix it myself. I'm only willing to do this because I got it on Cyber Monday for way cheap, plus I had a reward and my Torrid Card savings. It's definitely not worth more than the 4 bucks I paid for it.
