Rated 4 out of 5 by from Gorgeous shoe! Fit problem. Gorgeous shoe! And well made. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! Unfortunately, fitting is a problem. I wear 11.5W and that's what I ordered. The width and length fit perfectly, but the heel was way to wide and kept slipping off as I walked. Torrid store salesperson advised me to order a 1/2 size down, i.e., 11W, which I did. That didn't work. The width at the widest part of the foot was too snug on the right; toes were right at edge of shoe; and the heel still continued to slip off. I concluded the heel is just cut too wide, as indicated in another person's review I saw today. I hated to return these shoes, but had no choice. It cost me the postage back and forth, but if they don't work, they just don't work. However, I love Torrid styles, so I'll try something else again soon!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely Shoe Run 1/2 a Size Large Lovely shoe--color true to photo. I got it in 8.5, which normally fits me beautifully at Torrid. But these run large, unfortuately. I can tell they'd be a terrific wear if I could work out the fit. Even with a Scholl's footpad, the heel on the right shoe is almost 1/2 size too large. The left shoe was helped by the footpad. My solution in this instance would be to I keep my 8.5's, and order size 8 in same show, wearing an 8 on my right and 8.5 on my left--no big deal to me. (I asked my pick-up store to throw away the box for me, so I can't return the shoes, as the store associates thoughtfully told me.) Anyway, the shoe is sold-out in size 8. Agh.
