As a Male to Female in Transition, I ordered mine on-line, & for in store pickup. My first time purchase from Torrid was "Over the Top"... Sales clerk's were so helpful, as well as courteous. Shoe style, & quality was impressive, as well as fit & comfortably, with a large variety to choose from.

The width as it is is not as wide as other WW shoes that I have from Torrid. The toe strap and the ankle strap are not WW. They have has no stretch and are uncomfortable. Since I bought them as no return items; some friend is getting some new shoes from me I am kinda done with Torrid and the size issues in clothes and shoes. PS The faux suede is not as nice as it once was either. For this quality and this sizing and regular price; I can do better else were. The style is very cute and this could have been a winner but it did not happen.

Was waiting for my return label I’ve talked to customer service… now I’m waiting on a response… if anything…. I tried returning to the store it was shipped too… not good experience…. Over all… not good experience.. first time buying for them…
