Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beginner &cankle friendly I am a heel novice. Like..no experience. These are almost TOO easy to walk in. The platform helps a ton. The ankle strap is forgiving if you have cankles like me. I wear a size ten in most normal width shoes. Size down one full size unless you have very wide feet. I usually get two pairs of any Torrid shoe, one half size down and one full size down, then return whichever I don’t like the fit of. I tried the 9.5 in these cuz I wanted a longer ankle strap (even tho it is forgiving, I was on the last hole). The 9.5 added length to the entire shoe, and the strap wasn’t much longer. So. I went with the 9. Haven’t worn these for an extended period but they are immediately comfy so that’s a good sign for absolute-fit-perfection once they are broken in :)

I have considerably wide and flat feet (thanks genetics) and have struggled my whole life trying to find comfortable heels that won’t leave my pinky toe being cut off by the toe strap. These are the answer!! Great width and nice heel height. These platform is the secret to making them comfortable enough to wear all night. Buying in every color! They do run a half size big I’d say so I ordered an 8.5 and usually wear a 9.

But these, I can walk and do everything in them comfortably! Typically for shoes that are not from torrid I am size 11. In torrid shoes, I usually can go down to a size 10. But I went with size 10.5 in these heels and they're perfect. I have wide flat feet. I will be wearing these to a wedding

I was so happy that everything fit perfectly without being uncomfortable. I wear a size 10, and I did not have to size up or down.
