I'm heavy in my midsection and in my bust and then my legs and butt are smaller. The skirt hides my stomach well and it made me feel fabulous.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Darling LBSkirt I ourctses both colors in this pleated beauty after reading the reviews. It holds it shape.. packs easily and doesn’t wrinkle .. Fits alittle big but I have a jelly belly so I it hides it very well.. very slenderizing on !

In order for it to fit like the picture, I would need to size down to a 14. I wanted the top of the waist to be at my midsection, higher waisted, though. Loved the heft of the fabric and the pleats. Considering rebuying in a 14. I am 5'7" and about 130lbs. I usually wear a 0 or 1 in Torrid tops and a 14 or 16 in Torrid bottoms. This fit a little too big for me.

The material is stiff, not soft- which helps it keep the sharp pleats. It also has a little stretch for comfort, but not enough to break the structured look. I'm a short waisted 5'2" 270lb pear-shaped, and I sized up for a little extra room, but I really didn't need to. Plus it can be used all seasons, with tees in summer and sweaters in winter. I am very pleased!
