They don’t hurt my shoulders, they barely dig in, and my girls are up and perky. So much so that I purchased 10 of them, in various decreasing sizes since I have been losing weight. Also a good nude color for me, since I’m pale, but you can see the pink through light shirts. That’s okay though, as long as the girls are up.
