Rated 5 out of 5 by from Adorable I purchased this for my daughter's birthday outfit and it is absolutely adorable. It is a bit more fit at the top as it is a tube top, but I'd say still pretty true to size. The pleats are pretty stiff, but that's exactly what we wanted for her outfit.
