I was skeptical about ordering this dress considering all the mixed reviews. I took a chance and ordered it anyway because I needed something white for an all white event quickly.
I’m 5’8, 250 pounds. I wear my weight well. I’m thick with a heavy dress and this dress was true to size. I was very pleased. I always feel it’s the way you put an outfit together. I got so many compliments on my dress that night and how I accessorized it. The pockets were a plus as well. Super comfortable and it’s not see through like some mentioned. It has a built in slip that still makes the dress light weight. I would definitely recommend this dress and I will definitely consider ordering it in black as well, even though I’ve never purchased the same dress in multiple colors. Thank you Torrid, you never miss when I purchase from you.

Great Summer Dress
I bought this dress in white and liked it so much I ordered it in black. The white dress was true to size, bright white, and super comfortable. The black dress, in the same size was cut smaller and a bit shorter. I don’t know if it was just sized wrong, because the tag says it’s a 1 but is is definitely not.

I'm in love!
I bought a handful of options ahead of an upcoming wedding, secretly hoping this would be the winner. Dresses are sometimes a struggle for me because I use a manual wheelchair, and some wind up with a weird tent-like look, or the length is weird, or it's too full... The wedding is this weekend, I have only tried on the dress briefly, but I LOVE IT. The poplin fabric is soft and lightweight without being sheer. The straps are just wide enough (and just wide set enough) to cover my bra straps, so I don't need to wear a strapless bra with this dress, and the tiny bow details at the bottom of the strap are so cute! The bust area is just slightly loose (as a 40H cup, that never happens) - I might have been able to size down, but I didn't want it to be too short or uncomfortable around the midsection, and it's not so baggy that it looks odd or fits weird. This is a WIN and I can see a lot of different ways to style it in the future, definitely a great staple piece.

I love this dress, I wore a size larger than usual to fit my bust. I tried on in store and they only had 0 and 3. So when I saw in on sale on the site and the size I needed I was so happy. It is the perfect fit.

I can’t say enough about how gorgeous this dress is. It is the perfect length and fits like a dream. It makes your bust look gorgeous if you’re blessed on top. I got a size one and it fits true to size. We need more dresses like this one. It’s well made and cool and comfy! Bow details are beautiful and add a sexy flair. Only warning it that it does wrinkle. I hung mine to dry.

Love the the sweet and sassy contrast black trim on this comfortable summer dress. The fit is true to size. It washes well. I like to pair it with a denim jacket during the day and a retro black cardi at night.
